Booking and Reservations:
- All bookings and reservations for Drivetoarrive Luxury Chauffeur Service are subject to availability.- Reservations for airport transfer services, wedding ceremony service, visits to tourist attractions, transportation for parties or dinners, and corporate or special events must be made in advance.
- A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking, detailing the service requested, date, time, and other relevant information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Cancellations made within a specified timeframe (to be determined based on the service type) may be eligible for a full or partial refund.- Late cancellations ie. within 48hrs of Pickup time or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the agreed fee for service because vehicle was booked out for your trip.
- No refunds are offered if cancelling a limousine or Van or mini buses or Buses because these Vehicles are booked out for your order and made unavailable for another booking at the same time for others.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with our refund policy.
Service Terms:
- Drivetoarrive chauffeur service is provided by trained professionals who adhere to strict safety and service standards.- Clients are expected to treat the chauffeurs and vehicles with respect and refrain from any behavior that may compromise safety or comfort.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle or property due to client negligence will be the responsibility of the client.
Payment Terms:
- Payment for Drivetoarrive services is due at the time of booking or as per the agreed-upon terms.- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as specified by Drivetoarrive.
- Invoices will be provided upon request for corporate or special event bookings.
Liability and Insurance:
- Drivetoarrive holds appropriate insurance coverage for its vehicles and services.- Clients are advised to carry their own travel insurance for additional coverage and protection.
- Drivetoarrive shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
Privacy Policy:
- Drivetoarrive respects the privacy of its clients and complies with data protection regulations.- Personal information provided during bookings or transactions will be securely stored and used only for the purpose of providing the requested services.
- Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
